Cleanliness and location. Very friendly staff and attended to our requests immediately. Water pressure was excellent. Coway water dispenser and ironing facilities provided at the corridor near the lift area. Very charming deco at the reception counter. Pantry facilities provided on the ground floor for guests who wish to take breakfast. Can order simple breakfast the day before for only RM 10.

The room was clean..the bed so comfy to sleep.All the satff was so nice.the hospitality was so great..will come again..very recommend for all who come to kuantan that want to find a place to stay..

Newly renovated hotel (but not everything is renovated like the floor and sink in the bathroom, doors and the elevator) Rooms are reasonable big and the beds are comfortable. Water cooker, television and good working AC. At walking distance from the city centre.

1. The room interior is very nice. Simple yet attractive. Newly renovated. Refreshing environment. 2. Not really spacious, but comfy enough to pray inside the room. 3. Location is very strategic. 4. Got water dispenser at each floor. Very convenient.

Strategic location closes to Masjid Sultan Ahmad Shah 1, near cafes & in the middle of town. The room is small but comfortable for 1-2 night stay. It has water dispenser (hot & cold) & iron board at the hall. Water heater is working. It has some tv channels to watch. Airconditional is cold. Mugs & jug are in the room. Big & smell good shampoo & soap.

Spacious room for two with affordable price. Great location in Kuantan city. TV is okay. Toilet is clean and heater works well. Bedroom is comfortable. Aircond in a good condition. Overall everything was okay! Recommended 👍
